Registration Terms and Conditions

Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to AST Management Pty Ltd All amendments will incur a $20.00 fee each time a written confirmation/documentation is required.
As an alternative to cancellation your registration can be transferred to another person without penalty.
1. Cancellations 14 days prior and less will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and at least 15 days prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund.
3. Registration cancellations received at least 31 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund less $125 administration fee.
4. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the conference.

 

Disclaimer: The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary.  "The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure.  The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers.  The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause."
